A 26-year-old man, allegedly associated with the Kapil Sangwan gang and involved in multiple criminal cases, has been arrested from Haryana.
Delhi Police have arrested a sharpshooter and an arms supplier associated with the Kapil Sangwan gang, seizing illegal firearms and ammunition. The arrests highlight ongoing efforts to combat organised crime and illegal weapons trafficking in the region.
The majority of these calls originate from foreign-based gangsters or their associates, using Voice Over Internet Protocol or international phone numbers, they said.
The deceased leader's nephew, Kapoor Singh Rathee, said that his uncle's elder son Bhupinder and younger son Jatinder have received 18 threat calls from an unknown number.
The similar modus operandi in all these murders has led the police to suspect the involvement of gangsters, the officer further said.
